Through the application and integration of technology tools and software as a Process Engineer/Application Developer at IBM, he sought out and satisfied opportunities for process improvement. After seven years in manufacturing, he moved into healthcare and has continued to deliver solutions contributing to improved clinical quality, reduced administrative costs, and sustained financial performance.

Natalie Heidel is a former HCA Performance Improvement Specialist. She has extensive expertise in inpatient flow and bed management operations. Her experience includes working with hospital executives and clinical staff members to improve patient throughput in the hospital setting. Over the past 15 years, Natalie has led many performance improvement initiatives involving emergency services, inpatient nursing, environmental services, and procedural departments at for-profit hospitals, hospital systems, and large academic medical centers. Susie has dedicated more than 15 years to division operational and quality excellence in physician/nurse partner led services for ER, Trauma, EMS, Peri-Operative Services, Perfusion, Division Transfer Center and Patient Throughput/Bed Management and Clinical Informatics. Susie is a relationship-based dynamic healthcare executive focused on improving patient care through evidence-based practice and process improvement.

Although finance is at the forefront, Chad’s passion stays focused on the patient experience and takes pride in being the atypical CFO. He is a licensed CPA who worked in public audit and advisory practice for over 10 years. His experience includes advising Fortune 500 companies, consulting on IPO’s, acquisitions, and restructurings, and implementing and auditing internal control environments. He spent 4 years in Bermuda focusing on private equity and insurance start-ups. Jonathan also has 13 years of experience in retail management with a focus on process development and loss prevention.
