Susie Law is a former HCA Division VP of Operations and Chief Nursing Informatics Officer. Her healthcare experience spans executive leadership roles at the hospital, division and corporate levels.
With over 35 years of executive healthcare leadership experience, Susie possesses an extensive knowledge of clinical and hospital operations, physician relationships, quality, informatics, leadership/organizational development and process improvement. Susie has dedicated more than 15 years to division operational and quality excellence in physician/nurse partner led services for ER, Trauma, EMS, Peri-Operative Services, Perfusion, Division Transfer Center and Patient Throughput/Bed Management and Clinical Informatics. Susie is a relationship-based dynamic healthcare executive focused on improving patient care through evidence-based practice and process improvement.

Planned and implemented Electronic Health Record documentation for physicians/providers in 15 ERs and 13 ORs with 100% compliance with project plan timeline. Responsible executive for implementation and oversight of Evidence Based Clinical Documentation for Nursing in 12 hospitals across 4 states.
Developed and facilitated division Clinical Informatics Council to standardize documentation practices and change control processes, to include oversight of 12 Directors of Clinical Informatics and 2 CPN System Managers.
Responsible for physician contract negotiations and compliance for Anesthesia, Perfusion and ER in 12 facilities in 4 states.
Designed and implemented a centralized division wide patient Transfer Center facilitating all in and out migration for 12 facilities increasing immigration by 5%.
